Anxiety & Depression

Anxiety and depression can feel like unwelcome guests in your home. These guests are actually messengers from your unconscious self. As you learn to speak the language of your unconscious, anxiety and depression will leave you alone. For good.

Codependency/Relationship Issues

You’ve probably heard of the terms anxious and avoidant before. Does one of these terms apply to you in your intimate relationship? Therapy is a great place to unlearn those habits and replace them with secure attachment strategies. This is what creates stable relationships long-term.

Addiction

Addiction thrives on isolation, shame and secrecy. Therapy offers an opportunity to lay all of that to rest, and learn how to be vulnerable. As we learn to open our hearts and feel our feelings, we naturally have less desire to escape.

*Notice in accordance with the No Surprises Act: You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical care will cost. Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the bill for medical items and services. If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill.
